Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Hourly Rate: $79.17 - $84.55 per hour
Location: Brisbane CBD
Contract Length: 3 months + potential to extend

About the Role

In this integral role, you will act as a trusted advisor and collaborator to leadership teams, providing end-to-end human resources advice and support. You will focus on delivering contemporary people strategies that build leadership capability, support organisational reform, and ensure adherence to legislative and industrial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Partner, your daily contributions will include:

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with executives and managers to meet business objectives and enhance workforce capability.
• Expert Advice: Providing high-quality coaching and advice across the full employment lifecycle, including performance, employment conditions, and HR policies.
• Case Management: Delivering well-developed HR case management services on a diverse range of contemporary workforce issues.
• Project Leadership: Leading or contributing to significant workforce projects, such as Strategic Workforce Plans and policy framework reviews.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements and achieve goals.
• Documentation: Researching and preparing authoritative written documentation and briefings on complex HR matters.
